I am thrilled to be the principal at Mirror Lake Elementary. I taught at Arbor Station Elementary for 9 years. I then became the assistant principal at South Douglas Elementary. My favorite subject to teach has always been Language Arts. Teaching children how to read is a fantastic experience! Educators have this wonderful opportunity to watch children grow and learn each day. I am so proud to be a part of the Douglas County School System. Each day I get up and look forward to another great day! Each fall I get excited about a new school year. I am pleased that we have so many wonderful staff members willing to commit their time so our students can participate in extra curricular activities.
